about Mantle

„ You can imagine speed climbing as if you were doing lots of dynos one after the other when bouldering. As soon as your hand touches the hold, the grip has to be there. A good chalk therefore plays an essential role in speed climbing. This is exactly what Mantle chalk makes possible. “

What do you usually do in your spare time?

I currently only have one remaining day a week. I have math tutoring on that day. Otherwise, I also like to relax while watching a series. I also like meeting up with friends when there's time.

Give us a fun fact about you or a remarkable experience in your climbing career.

I came 2nd in my age group at my first climbing competition when I was 6 years old. At the time, I thought I was just really good. 5 years later, this competition came up again as a topic of conversation and I found out that only one other person started there apart from me. The other person was first and I was 2nd out of 2...

What are your long term and/or short term goals?

My short-term goals are to have a successful and obstacle-free start to the 2024 season. In the long term, I want to keep giving my all and get closer to my dream of the Olympics
